__Check here below for Detailed Solution for the above questions__:

1).C’s profit in 2008 = 36900 – 300000 = Rs
69000

Profit% = 69000/300000×100=23%

**Answer: a**

2).Required ratio = 490+330+220/160+310+440

=1040/910 = 8:7

**Answer: c**

3).Total income of all the businessmen in 2006
= (540+230+430) ×145/100

=1200×145/100 = Rs. 1740 thousand.

**Answer: e**

4).Required % increase = 560-260/260 ×100

=300/260 × 100 = 3000/26 = 1500/13= 115×5/13

**Answer: e**

5).Average expenditure of B

=340+490+540+310+450/5

=2130/5 =Rs. 426 thousand

**Answer: a**

6).Total expenditure of Company A, B and C
together in 2009

= 560×105/100+ (450+106)/100 + (300+112)/100 =
588 + 477 + 336

= Rs. 1401 thousand

**Answer: c**

7).

**From I.**Let the no. of male students be x and no. of female students by y.
Then, x – y = 3

Or, x = y+3……… (i)

Again, total number of student = x + y

(x + y) 61.08 = 63x + 59y…………… (ii)

Putting the value of x in equation (ii), we
get (3+2y) 61.08 = 63(x+3) + 59y

Or, 122.16y – 122y= 189 – 183.24= 5.76

Or, o.16y=5.76

Y=576/16=36

X=y+3=36+3=39

Total no. of students in class = 39+36=75

Hence only 1 is sufficient to answer the
question.

**From II.**Total no. of students=13x+12x=25x

But exact no. we can’t determine.

Hence II alone is not sufficient.

**Answer: a**

8).

**From I.**Let the present age of Meera be 7x
And her mother’s be 16x

**From II.**(x/2) / (y/8)=7/4

Or, 8x/2y=7/4

Or, 16x=7y

Combining (i) and (ii), we can’t find the
present age of Meera.

**Answer: e**

11).

**From I.**We can’t determine the cost price of the table.**From II.**Cost price = 1105×(80/100) ×(100/104)= Rs 850

Hence II alone is sufficient to answer the
question.

**Answer: b**
